Service Description

This month we will focus on learning about colorful fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spices of the Fall season. We will explore tastes, textures, their uses, and how they complement a variety of cuisines. Picky eaters beware; the recipes this month are sneaky and delicious. By the end of the month participants will be crazy about getting five servings of fruits and vegetables each day! WEEK 1 November 5 Herb: Oregano Vegetable: Bell Pepper Fruit: Apple Menu: Turkey Stuffed Peppers Al Fredo, Apple Crostinis WEEK 2 November 12 Herbs: Basil, Oregano, Thyme Vegetable: Zucchini Fruit: Orange Menu: Zucchini Parmigiana, Cool Citrus Burst Muffins w/Orange Sauce WEEK 3 November 19: Herb: Rosemary Vegetable: Sweet Potato Fruit: Cranberry Menu: Turkey Cranberry Flatbread Pizza, Roasted Rosemary Sweet Potatoes NOTE: This class meets for 3-weeks on Tuesday afternoons from 4:30-6:30pm. While parents/guardians are always welcome to watch, in our experience, participants are more apt to try new things when on their own. Feel free to drop-off.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the fact that our cooking classes require preparation, supplies, and perishable food items that must be purchased ahead of time we do not issue returns or refunds. No exceptions. A class exchange may be made for another class up to three days before the class date. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given three days or less before the class date. No-shows forfeit class with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. CAMP COOK, LLC RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE ALL SERVICES OFFERED. In the event a service/class is cancelled, all participants will be notified, and full refunds given.
